The beauty that comes out of people watching never ceases to amaze me.

Take this man for instance. A total stranger, yet something about his focus, his intensity and love for the music that night caught my eye.  There’s something magical about this moment and when you finally pinpoint it, it’s a great feeling. For me, it’s the fact that it’s okay to take a step back, inhale, and slow down. It’s a reminder of what life is like with music, live music. The music that inspires you. The music that reminds you that there are truly talented people out there doing what they love. Sometimes I forget that and simply need a reminder.

It’s hard with all the hustle & bustle of daily life but it’s times like this that makes the world worth slowing down. And it’s photos like this that captures that moment. The one that makes you realize how much listening and seeing live music has an impact.

So if you haven’t been, or listened to live music (with real musicians in a while), I urge you to do so. It really is inspiring.
